We are delighted to announce that our special issue of De Medio Aevo vol.14.1 (2025) has just been released. It features five full-length articles in Spanish and English by members of the network, with a particular focus on medieval Castile as well as an article on the dowers of the Angevin queens of England which offers a comparative angle. The five articles highlight various forms of wealth that royal women had access to, from dower lands and the unique Castilian framework of the Infantazgo as well as their impressive collections of jewels and treasure. Click here to read the articles at De Medio Aevo--all available Open Access.
